Had an appointment at 12.30. She told me she’s going in her break so to come back even though I prebooked in which she said she “doesn’t check the appointments”. She was then trying to rush through doing my treatment and there felt like there was a lack of care. I know it’s cash only so I took a £10 note in which she was grumpy and said she didn’t have change for. I said coins is ok and I don’t mind which she could do so she did have change ????
