Very friendly welcome, treatment quite quick. Initial inspection of the area treated good at the time but on closer inspection in my magnifying mirror when home revealed several hairs missed which I then had to deal with myself. Maybe slightly slower more thorough approach would be beneficial.

First of all I booked an 1.5 hour hair appointment through treatwell for 5.30pm, however when I arrived the therapist told me the salon closed at 6pm. I was unaware but she was not happy that she had to do my hair as the appointment was already booked and pre paid for. She was rude, irritated and did a rushed job. I was very uncomfortable and would never go there again. Also the extra cost for the conditioner was a waste of money. I'm disappointed with my hair and the overall experience.
