I have been going.to Glitz and Glam since it opened I am a loyal customer. I missed my normal beautician as she was on holiday. My therapists work was great. However, she made me feel uneasy by talking about me in a different language behind my back and laughing. It ruined my experience and I thought I was over my bullying!
