The hairdresser was too rough, she ripped half of my hair out whilst washing it and then some more when blow drying it. She kept getting the brush tangled in it. She also cut off way more than I asked for. I wanted a simple trim, of around half an inch all one length...I lost around 2.5 inches. I left in tears.
