I got LVL lashes done and it was an absolutley horrible experience. The therapist was rushing and did a sloppy job. I decided to try this salon because my usual therapist has moved her salon out of London. I chose this salon because even though it just had one review for LVL, it recieved positive reviews for all other treatments. The therapist I had was incredibly rough with my eyes. She sneezed on numerous occasions and went to the toilet in the MIDDLE of my treatment. Bearing in mind I was having an eye treatment done, this was incredibly off putting as she wasnt wearing any gloves. She slapped a load of tint onto my lashes which susbequently leaked into my eyes, causing severe burning to the point that when I opened my eyes after the treatment they were red, sore and streaming with tears. Absolutley horrendous. I have had LVL lashes done 7 times in another salon and I know this should not be th case-it is normally a painfree pleasant experience. I am disappointed in myself for choosing a salon with such few reviews on LVL. The following day and I woke up with my eyes sticky and stuck together red and sore. This is not ok. I am only hoping my eyes arent infected now. Do not risk your eyes and lashes by going to this salon.

From the moment i walked in, the young lady on reception was lovely and welcoming and so was the young lady who did my eyelashes, i was very happy with the treatment and they lastest as long as she said they would. I will definitely book again and recommend to my friends.

I was surprised and disappointed that the treatment price was higher because I booked via Treatwell (the commission was passed on the customer) than at the salon price list, which doesn’t apply to their hair treatments. It happened to me for the first time since I booked with Treatwell!
The room where I had pedicure wasn’t very clean, the therapist didn’t use a disposable bowl and I was worried to catch verruca or fungal infection :/
