Paid upfront for a wash cut & blow dry before a wedding I was attending.
Arrived at the salon only to be told that no hairdressers were available & I wouldn’t be able to receive my prepaid appointment with little assistance to rectify the situation.

I always go here to use the sun beds and I always see Charlotte’s clients with amazing lashes so I bit the bullet and decided to get mine done.
