Rachel is a really experienced and helpful stylist. She took ages over the keratin treatment to get the best result, talked over and worked hard to get the colour I wanted then did the toner twice to get the desired effect. Other hair dressers are always working to the clock and need to keep to strict appointment timetable. Rachel is prepared to take the time and talk you through what you want and then the aftercare hair at home. Very impressed.
