Rachel is attentive, honest and -leave plenty of time- because she will not rush your treatment to ensure she does the best job. There are some changes I might make next time to my colour but I trust that Rachel cares about what I want and will go above and beyond to ensure that. She's passionate about balayage

Again Rachel hit it out the park! Managed to get my hair to the most beautiful shade of gold whilst leaving it in a gorgeous condition. She always creates the most relaxing and comfortable and environment- as always she’s amazing!
