If I could give 10 stars, I would! Best experience ever! Rachel is the sweetest person, I felt so comfortable. The massage chair and head massage was a bonus, my hair feels so soft and healthy. Honestly the best keratin treatment in north London.

Rachel is amazing. I have been getting my hair done twice a year when I go back to the States for the past 6 years. I do not have to anymore. Rachel is everything if you are looking for getting and keeping your beautiful and healthy. I have waist-length hair and extra thick - Rachel took her time and I never felt rushed. The massage chair at the sink is a bonus :)

Rachel is really talented. Actually the best experience I have had. She spends so much time and effort and just goes that extra mile. She cares about being economical and her pricing is very very reasonable. She's a gem and I couldn't recommend her enough.
