From the first step into the salon till the way out, everything that Rachel had done was professional and friendly. She is very experienced and the extra information after the keratin treatment was helpful. I would definitely recommend going.

2nd time getting the keratin treatment, Rachel is always friendly and makes you feel at ease due to her knowledge... shes my daughters one and only favourite hairdresser and will go no where else :)

I got a keratin with Rachel and she looked after me so well. My hair was so silky and smooth after. Rachel offered me hot drinks and snacks throughout my treatment too. And the massage chair with the hair wash was the best!
