Incredibly happy with my balayage. Rachel is amazing at what she does and this is the second time I leave the salon unrecognisable 😊

Rachel is an absolute miracle worker, I couldn't be happier with the transformation on my hair. From the very first conversation through to the actual appointment, at every step I felt completely safe in her hands and that she had my best interests at heart. We went through inspo pictures together to decide the best option for me. Whether it was care on the day, discussion about products or talk about hair aftercare, I felt so well looked after. The final look feels so bespoke and beautiful 😍

Rachel is just fab!! I fully trust her with my hair and she never gets it wrong. She gets the colour just perfect so that it looks like my natural hair colour. Her salon is also so relaxing, I fell asleep in the massage chair! I wouldn't trust anyone else now.
