Rachel is the best balayage specialist. She is an artist and a proffesional that knows exactly how to blend the colours and give you a look beyond your expectations. She really gives attention to details and really understands what you need. No matter how difficult is your hair, she will find a solution for it. I would highly recommend her if you wish to get the best balayage possible.
