Rachel went above and beyond to give me the best keratin treatment I've had in ages. I've waited a week before giving this review as wanted to see what it was like when I washed and dried it myself. It usually takes me ages blowdrying my dry, wavy hair but it took less than half the time to do it now, yeah! Plus, drinks, snacks and plenty of chat with Rachel and the other lovely staff.
