After months of lockdown induced hair disasters Rachel totally revived my hair and made me feel confident again in my appearance. Not only did she have such specific attention to detail, focusing on getting the exact result I wanted, she was incredibly friendly, easy-going and fun to chat to. Welcome and offered me refreshments and engaged in conversation. She also asked me what I had in mind and I had chosen something which had a various range of colors when I walked out of the salon I was completely impressed that I have already rebooked with her
