Rachel was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and I absolutely love the colour afterwards. My hair felt amazing after the treatment. She also gave me recommendations on products to buy in order to look after my hair at home.

Rachel is kind but not organised. She had booked 3 appointments for the same time, so I ended up waiting more than an hour to start, and overall the treatment took more than 5 hours (2-3 max were enough).
Additionally, I got a much darker color than I wanted. I tried to explain, but Rachel said it was not possible. My previous colorist was able to do it just fine.
I will not go back.
