First visit & best colour and cut I’ve had in 15 years. Rachel was wonderful - I arrived feeling quite low about my appearance, she spent a good 40 minutes chatting with me about what we could do to make my hair work for my face shape. I had originally planned to have balayage but Rachel suggested highlights with root smudge to get the look I wanted (no extra charge). She spent hours making it seamlessly blend in to my hair and I’ve had so many compliments on the colour. She’s also such a laugh!
