Rachel is kind but not organised. She had booked 3 appointments for the same time, so I ended up waiting more than an hour to start, and overall the treatment took more than 5 hours (2-3 max were enough).
Additionally, I got a much darker color than I wanted. I tried to explain, but Rachel said it was not possible. My previous colorist was able to do it just fine.
I will not go back.

An absolutely divine second visit to Glitterdoll, Rachel makes you feel so at home, the studio is gorgeous and Rachel is a serious magician for hair - my balayage and roots and colour is absolutely perfect, I feel like a brand new woman! Rachel provides excellent service, excellent company and the best hair around. Could not recommend more highly.

Had such a lovely visit to get my haircut, as well as getting a hair treatment (in a massage chair - bonus!) and blow-dry. Rachel was so welcoming and professional and made sure I was well looked after there. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to, so you feel like you're in safe hands if you want to try something new. I'm going back for a balayage next week as the reviews are so good and I liked her approach to my initial curiosity about what to have done. Thank you for a great visit!
