Rachel helped revive my box-dyed hair which I had done myself during lockdown and went in with 3 distinct blocks of colour where it had grown out - dark brown, blonde and remnants of red tinge at the bottom. Pretty bad! So she suggested what could be done and we looked at balayage inspo pics and then decided on the best course of action! She was super helpful, friendly and attentive and I came out so happy with gorgeous healthy-looking fresh locks. It was the day I never knew I needed! Thanks x

I had an appointment for balayage. When she started working she told me that she "has to" put an extra toner and do some other procedure if I dont want my hair to "melt." That costed extra 80 pounds on top of the 120 I had to pay. She kept me there for 3.5h, and in the end, there was almost no difference with my previous color, despite the "special procedure" used for brighter colors! On top of that, now my hair is totally damaged, she didnt do the procedure she charged me for! Waste of cash!!!

Professional colourist with a lot of patience and knowledge! A spacious salon with some professional photography setup too for the before/after shoot! Happy with the result which is what I wanted. Thank you Rachel!
