The whole team is very welcoming, made me comfortable, offered me drinks & snacks and kept me entertained the whole time - it is a very cool experience.
Rachel has assessed my hair and gave me her feedback followed by recommendations. Through the process broke down every step for me and made me feel very confident on the results, which so far seem promising.
