Had a full leg wax done, choose to go here as my usual salon was fully booked, and was a little disappointed with the whole experience. The staff were lovely, but the actual waxing that was done was pretty poor and I’ve been left with bruising/burns where the wax wasn’t pulled off quick enough and I’ve never had this before.

I only rated rania low star because I had Huma as my masseuse. I have had 2 massages here now. Hot stone and deep tissue. Both absolutely amazing. Listens to your needs and asks about what pressure you need. So good I have taken on a package deal for 6 more sessions. Kind, caring and reassuring. Great team!

The massage itself was good, but the whole experience was spoiled by several interruptions. First the therapist had a phone call on her mobile which she left the treatment to deal with, then another member of staff came into the treatment room mid treatment, when they left the door was not shut so I could hear everyone outside the room talking… and the therapist also left the treatment room a second time to deal with something else. The experience was disappointing due to many interruptions
