Went to this place because the reviews were good. I am not sure I was at the same place all these other people were because my experience was awful… from start to finish. There was nothing to cover yourself with when the lady left the room and no wipes or tissues to use prior to the treatment… which is standard everywhere else I’ve been. I was then asked to pay again even though I’d already paid via the app and she was annoyed I wouldn’t ‘prebook a future treatment’. Could say so much more…

This was the worst massage ever, I’ve never given a 0/1 star review before.
Firstly no face covering at any point. Therapist was talking throughout which was really annoying but I was wary reading other reviews about selling packages - within 5 seconds of the treatment she kept trying to sell a package treatment to me being very pushy, asked what my job was (prob to check if I was a medical professional) as she said I must get massages once a week. As a chiropractor I can tell you this is highly irresponsible advice to give customers.
She kept asking me DURING my entire treatment if I want to go for the packages trying to get a “YES” out of me. Plus telling me that because I’m Asian she’ll do a huge discount for me- which is rubbish. It was all very irritating. The massage itself was very poor standard, and I couldn’t relax at all for the above reasons.
At the end I found the oil was being stored in an old KFC GRAVY POT.. I took a picture of this. YUCK
Avoid at all costs.
