Ideally I would like a full refund please. I came in 3 minutes late worst mistake ever I even called in to apologise beforehand, I then had to wait 42 minutes to be seen which I was promised an additional 10 minutes for free to make up for the waiting time as I had to say something after 30 minutes of being left to wait. The reason for the delay was the staff were unpacking online orders that surely could of been done at a different time. Then when I finally was seen for the massage it was poor
