The women providing the service could’ve been much friendlier and made more of an effort to make the atmosphere comfortable considering the intimacy of the service. One woman kept opening the doors of the waxing rooms while I was on the table which I found very uncomfortable and unprofessional. There was a lot of push for me to sign up to a 6 month subscription which I felt was unnecessary as I said a few times it wouldn’t work for me. The price i booked it for was cheaper than what I had to pay

I came in for a facial by Anna, and it was well worth it! She was easy to talk to and had great communication with everything she was doing. I’m very picky with who deals with my skin but she was very gentle. Definitely would go back to her!

Therapist took such great care of my skin, talking about my daily routine and habits, as well as why I might be having some breakouts. She did a thorough cleanse and left my skin feeling super healthy! She explained every step of the cleansing process to me, so I was always aware of what she was doing, and I could ask any questions I had.
