As the salon had changed location I automatically assumed my appointment would be at the usual place and never thought to check the address details. On arrival I found it closed for renovations so called the salon to advise that I’d be late arriving at the new temporary location. The staff was very helpful and understanding and kindly provided me with the full appointment without cutting it short. The massage itself was very relaxing and the room temp was warm. Worth the money.
