Despite arriving during my appointment slot all 3 members of staff were busy with other customers. So I waited 25 minutes until they became available.
The manicure itself turned out quite bad. I have uneven amounts of polish on my cuticles and streaky layers of polish on my nails. The colour is nice but that's about it
Also they don't accept card payments apparently. So I had to go to an ATM. After I paid I noticed that the polish hadn't dried properly so one nail looked smudged off.

Good overall but was given gel paint then asked to pay extra after. Nails look a bit messy and was not gentle when doing my nails
