Disappointed isn’t the word. I did not get the person I asked for. My appointment was ridiculous. I arrived early for my appointment but wasn’t seen till 45mins later. My appointment was meant to be an hour but took 1hr 30mins as I was not being tended too. On top of all of that I’m disappointed with how my nails came out. I have been a loyal customer here but will not come back again.

Tracy is pleasant and attentive.I am pleased with my shellac polish hands and feet.

The gel polish hands and feet was not up to a high standard ! Very rushed , the technician stopped in between seeing to other customers, I had booked an appointment and was not seen on time.I had to return to the salon as my gel polish had not dried properly therefore got smudged and looked awful.
The salon only accepts cash payments and not cards.
Their price list on the Treatwell app is incorrect!
Once paid via the app , one is charged more in the salon.
Totally unprofessional establishment !
