Had a lovely manicure and pedicure feet felt great after and looked good .

Communication levels were not great. Most staff were speaking in their own language - I found that to be inconsiderate and left wondering if they were talking about their clients. Was left for a long time soaking my feet in warmish water until I requested for them to add hot water. The Indian lady there was extremely friendly and kind and whilst attending to other clients was watching out for me too. The gel nails I had done were too rushed and I was not very happy about the service I had.

I have several tender areas on my feet eg bunions, corns and pinched cuticle. By the time Kenny finished I felt like I could walk to the moon and back.

After being 6 times at this salon, today I was really disappointed. Usually I book my appointments evening hours but this time it was a morning. I noticed that my nail technician was rushing because there were many customers waiting for their appointment, and while he was filing the nails, it was extremely painful due to him rushing. The shape in each nail is like the leaning tower of Pisa more or less and the manicure is like my 2 year old niece did it. I’m very dissatisfied
