Very disappointed.
I booked and paid a deposit for 3 lymphatic drainage massages before my holiday. When I was too ill to attend the first appointment, I was assured this was no problem and that all 3 sessions could still be completed. I then arrived for my next appointment to be told I wasn’t in the diary. As the course could no longer be completed, I requested a refund and was told it would be processed. Over a month later, I am still waiting and have received no response.
