Therapist wasn’t at the salon when I arrived, waited 10 mins then headed home, she text and apologised (caught in traffic apparently) and we rescheduled for the next morning. 30 mins before the rescheduled appt she messaged to say they had no wax (!!!) and could I reschedule again - did this, turned up at the agreed time and again she wasn’t at the salon. I messaged to say I had arrived and never got a reply. Absolutely do not recommend! So unprofessional. Complete shambles
