Sara gave me an all over body massage for 1hr 30 mins. Not once did she let off the deep tissue massage. Never had a treatment under an infrared heat lamp. Was a nice touch. Felt achy the next day but to be expected when I've gone so long without a massage and she worked so hard.
Would definitely recommend if you want a deep tissue massage.
