Overall, I had a good experience. The staff were polite and the place was quite clean. However, I wasn’t completely satisfied.
First, even though I’d booked to see Stephen, a different person did my nails.
Also, I consider well treated cuticles to be an absolute essential for any manicure. In this case the job wasn’t done well, which means that the manicure won’t last as long.
I am unlikely to go back to this place.

My nails keep breaking and splitting. I've realised too much of my nails surface was removed when I had gel shellac removed. I had strong nails. They've damaged my nails. I'm not sure a spritz on their utensils meets hygiene standards either.
