Tips were applied very strangely, badly shaped and acrylic was very very thick. She cut them before even asking how long i wanted.design was done very bad, painted over it myself at home a couple days later. My appointment was booked with Steven on the app, but he was not the one who did my nails so I don’t blame him at all.
Salon was massively overbooked with them taking walk-ins throughout so appointment ran far over time. Heard other customers complaining while i was getting my nails done to
