I don’t know the man’s name but he injured my friend twice and didn’t seem to listen to us when we explained that he was hurting her.
He was rushing and broken his own gloves 3 times and then cut my friends skin and broke one of her nails. I asked him to be careful several times and even tried to get them to swap him with someone else. I will never be going back. Really disappointed
