Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. Even though I mentioned I wanted a purple colour and repeated the number of the colour I wanted they misunderstood and used a very basic milk colour (I assumed it was a base). When I flagged the issue they said it was too late and promised me that “next time” I would get a discount. On top of this they realised that I had overpaid when booking through Treatwell but instead of repaying me the extra they made me double pay and I havent been refunded
