Booked pedicures for my friend and me. We waited outside past our 10:30 appointment with no apology or greeting. My therapist was attentive, but my friend's was rude and rushed. Her 1-hour Signature Spa Pedicure ended before my 50-minute treatment. The scrub wasn't cleaned off, callus removal, massage and hot stones were skipped, and she was left with wet polish while the therapist started another client. Very disappointing. We won't be returning..
