She did an amazing job, my nails were in a terrible state but by the end my cuticles and nails were fabulous. I got spa gel manicure.

Nails were fine but I had to wait 30 mins for my slot (6:15pm, wasn’t seated till 6:45) - I understand running 5-10 mins late but this was a very long wait with no apologies or acknowledgement from the staff, who generally weren’t that friendly
