Moved my appointment from 5pm to 4.30pm 2hrs before treatment (the system didn’t let me cancel before the change was so last minute) making me scramble to finish work early. Therapist looked bored, distracted and didn’t do a thorough job - skin on my feet was dry the next day. Waste of £50.
