I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time to actually be seen, wasn’t apologised to and was not greeted upon arrival. I had gel polish removal and a manicure taken care of by Andy, who is always super attentive, sweet and friendly with any service that he provides. Alone, I would give him 5 stars.

Tina amazing as always for BIAB and nail art! Abit of a longer wait these days but assume it’s due to the increased clientele. Either way, wouldn’t go to anyone else!
