My appointment started 20min late and the gel removal involved dipping my hands in hot acetone for 30min (which is dangerous for the skin) waiting for the nail tech to be done with their other client. The acrylic application was okay, the shape is good and he spent some time making sure everything was even. The gel application wasn’t super even and I asked for a milky white with a hue pink but got an almost opaque white
