Joanne did a fantastic job at saving my hair. I came in with ashy blonde and ginger roots instead of what was supposed to be a natural-looking balayage. My hair was brassy and the so-called balayage streaky.
I got it done in a different hair salon and could not imagine going back to even let them attempt to fix it. Nonetheless, simple toner and blow dry by Joanne was a perfect remedy. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed to achieve the natural look, and I can’t praise her enough for that!
