Megan listened to what I was asking for and offered her expert advice and suggested a tweak, going for hi & lowlights rather than just highlights. Was made to feel welcomed by all staff. Would highly recommended. Usually by the next day my hair ends up looking like I’ve been caught in a gust of wind but the blow dry actually held for 3 days (no hair spray was used at all). I’ve had so many compliments over the past week. Looking forward to my next visit in 6 weeks time
