I’ve never before had a hair stylist who understands hair (and cares about hair) in the way Joanne does. She cut my hair as I asked, but paid attention to my face shape, the nuances of my hair and the way it naturally falls. I’m absolutely delighted with the cut and Joanne’s top class patter meant the whole experience was fab. Highly recommend.
