Melissa is great! Really nice to talk to and above all, quick and as painless as possible wax. I've never been one to claim that you just get used to a wax and it doesnt hurt, but honestly, considering i had gone months without a wax and was essentially rocking a Chewbacca-level bush, it was genuinely as painless and quick as it could have been (as with other times I have been)! Would definitely recommend
