The wax was very good. Natalia has many years of experience and did a very good job of making sure I was comfortable and happy with the results. There was a slight misunderstanding at first because of how the wax is advertised (make sure you clarify what you are expecting) but once we had that sorted it was all very good, and the staff were very accommodating.

When I arrived, the salon was relatively quiet, so I had two of the hairdressers full attention and felt very welcome. The two ladies spent around 15 minutes talking through colours with me, and made sure I was completely happy with the choice before we begun. I would say that Mona struggles a little with English, however if you are really clear with her, she will understand you - she's very patient and really wants to please each customer, so I am sure she would prefer you to be direct about your needs! The salon is only a year old and lovely inside, it was immaculate. They do all the usual, magazines and coffee etc, and they had Kiss FM on, so it felt very young and vibrant. Mona spent a lot of time working on my colour to make sure it was perfectly even and she was very careful not to splash it down my hairline or to cause me any discomfort whilst applying it. After 45 minutes, she washed it off and gave me a cut exactly as I'd asked for. The blow dry was great too and my hair looked fab afterwards. I am 100% happy with both the cut and the colour and the service was excellent. You wouldn't think it from the outside, but this salon is lovely and the ladies are very nice and really want to do a good job. They are talented and know what they are talking about - I've had bad experiences in London, but will definitely be coming back to Glamour and have already recommended a friend. Thanks Mona!

I had a my roots bleached followed by a toner and a haircut. The lady didn't speak any English which made it really awkward for the 1.5/2 hours that I was there. The other ladies were friendly however. My hair came out yellow despite the toner application and I walked away feeling very embarrassed and annoyed. I'm sure the other services were better as there was a lady there who had her hair dyed reddish brown and it looked gorgeous.

Cut and highlights actually turned out lovely however I did not get actually get any sort of initial chat/consultation about what colour etc that I wanted.
