I had a my roots bleached followed by a toner and a haircut. The lady didn't speak any English which made it really awkward for the 1.5/2 hours that I was there. The other ladies were friendly however. My hair came out yellow despite the toner application and I walked away feeling very embarrassed and annoyed. I'm sure the other services were better as there was a lady there who had her hair dyed reddish brown and it looked gorgeous.

I had a brazilian wax. It was the first time I've had a wax with hot wax rather than strips, and it was so pain free! The lady was also very thorough, also using tweezers and scissors to trim. She was also lovely and friendly. Highly recommend.
