Since I got in the salon the staff was very friendly. I had a Dermalogica Deep Cleansing Facial for one hour. It was fantastic. Chilling music with a proper facial treatment. There are 3 days from the treatment now, and my face is feeling fantastic. More than this it was very relaxing after a long week of work. I would definitely recommend it to every woman.

I was very pleased with the offer online, I received a £15 discount voucher for Valentines. I was able to make a booking that very same afternoon. Upon arrival I was immediately seated and a hairdresser was with me.
I was offered a drink and the staff were polite. There was difficulty with a language barrier trying to explain what I would like to have done, as I had paid for a full head of hi-lites, I had wanted an additional colour. I had asked for this to be a close match to my natural colour, though the lady did not check before going off to mix the colour. She explained there would be a small surcharge, which I was happy to pay.
The lady was very quick and light-handed, never pulling my hair and when washing was careful not to get water in my eyes, She also checked the temperature was okay with me which I always find good customer service. The offer included a cut and blow dry. I was slightly dismayed, as I had asked to have a strait cut as I was growing out the layers at the front. This was miss-interpreted and I got my layers cut!
Though my hair did look fresh and I was pleased with the outcome, I was slightly disappointed by the cut and lack of conversing. I don't like to 'small talk' as it were, but It would have been nice to have been able to express exactly what I wanted in the comfort that this was fully acknowledged.
Overall, I would go again to this hairdressers. Perhaps I would take a photograph of what I want or have spoken to the lady on reception who could understand more clearly.
