Rude and snobbish staff! I would've rated it negative 5 stars if possible!
They reschedule the order of your booked treatments without even consulting you and when you refuse the shop's manager/owner becomes very very rude and ends up neglecting you!
They wanted to make me wash and blow dry my hair before having my facial, and when I said the steam would ruin my hair, she said no problem when it's ruined we'll "try" to fix it!!!
They do not have the slightest idea about dealing with clients

I returned to have more highlights and was as happy as the first visit. Perfect colour match, lovely salon. I shall return again!

I loved this place. Staff is very warm and friendly, and makes you feel like home. They also don't do clock-watching when doing your treatment - if it runs over, it runs over.
The selection of nail varnish colours wasn't however as great as I expected, and the quality of my pedi could have been a bit better. However, overall it's good value for money and I will definitely be back.
