I was so disappointed with Glamour salon, the staff were very rude and unfriendly, barely even cut my hair and then told me it was all done. When I explained she hadn't trimmed a bit of my hair she explained I needed to buy a full haircut... I wasn't asking for a re-style or anything, literally just tidying up my existing hair. I was then just left sitting there, had to take the gown off myself and wasn't spoken to as I left the salon. I was super annoyed I had pre-paid for the treatment and won't be returning.

I have been going to this venue for a few months now and I am never disappointed. Everyone is very professional and they make you feel at ease. Great place for treating yourself!

Rude and snobbish staff! I would've rated it negative 5 stars if possible!
They reschedule the order of your booked treatments without even consulting you and when you refuse the shop's manager/owner becomes very very rude and ends up neglecting you!
They wanted to make me wash and blow dry my hair before having my facial, and when I said the steam would ruin my hair, she said no problem when it's ruined we'll "try" to fix it!!!
They do not have the slightest idea about dealing with clients
