I dont often leave a bad review - the staff were nice and friendly, its clean and I would go back for a difference treatment (probably) but the girl who cut my hair just was not very good. She didnt ask what I wanted done before she washed my hair so it was hard to explain lenght and shaping (she also spoke very little english). I said layer it a bit, I thought she undersood but she didnt do any, she did the cutting in honestly 2-3 mins, (although did blow dry well and for c.15) but the overall quality of the actual cut was not good.

I would love to thank the girls at Glamour for the amazing work they did with my hair, make up and waxing. I had an event to go to and nearly everyone commented how amazing I looked. They didn't recognize me even my son couldn't believe the person in the photos was his mum. Pity I live in Australia although next time I am in the UK I will be in to be pampered again. Thank you very much <3
