Extremely pleasant, I've been looking for a place in N4 that does a proper hot bikini wax for years and am so happy I came to Glamour. I am now a loyal customer and am looking forward to trying all their services. Simona is a sensation and very thorough, and Mary was extremely nice and paid attention to detail as well. I had a dermalogica facial. It was very thorough and my pores are extremely clean. It was a little forceful at times but I guess that's the price for clean skin. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. Staff were very friendly. I just wished there was a neck massage included in the facial as is sometimes the case in other salons.

I've struggled with this review because I've usually left with a good haircut when my hair was long and I always ask for Lilia. But my recent experience really let me down. I had to have my hair cut into a blunt bob for a job and I'm trying to grow it as much as possible for my wedding in April. I went in with a picture of a v slightly graded bob, asked for a few more layers and stressed that I didn't want much off the length. The wash was fine, and as we sat down I asked again that I didn't want much off. The cut began and so much came off the back I ended up losing about 3-4 inches off the back layers. I was devastated, with my wedding coming up I need it as long as possible. Also the picture was of a slightly wavy bob and every time I've been I've always had it dried dead straight without being asked how I want it dried. It's a shame, I can't even puty hair up now. I must stress the quality of the cut is always good, Lilia does understand how hair works but it's not what I wanted and the length has certainly left me upset. It does feel like you can't get your request across and I'd advise a bit better communication.

It was a perfect cut, just what I was after and my hairdresser didn't chat too much which I like. Receptionist was also very nice and the salon was surprisingly tranquil, considering its location.
