For full highlights and a cut in London this was an absolute bargain and she did a great job. I've never had it done before so my instructions were a bit vague and in the end I left her to it - the result was really subtle, natural looking highlights which catch the light nicely. Not a great place to go if you like a chat but, luckily, I don't, so was able to read my book without feeling rude.
Nice and professional place. No dramas using hot wax (unlike some places which default to strip wax for underarms). Great eyebrow work. Will definitely be back again - maybe for other treatments like hair too.
I actually got this via Wowcher, but couldn't find any way to review this salon, either with them, or on the salon's website. I only paid £14 for their one-hour facial, normally £45 (which would still be great value!). The location is a bit down-market, but the actual salon has made a real effort with their opulent, black and silver decor. It is also spotlessly clean. My therapist, Wahida, was delightful and very competent. She took time to look at my face under a bright light (with my eyes protected by eye pads), and then treated me accordingly (sadly, lots of blackheads, which she removed!). The treatment, which was the full hour (unlike some places I have been to), also included steam, a masque, and a shoulder massage. I just wish it were a bit closer to where I live, as it was a bit of a trek for me, as I would definitely go again.
