I arrived on time for my appt and I was seen straight away. The staff were lovely and went to great care to make sure I was comfortable and offered drinks etc. My nails looked fantastic.

I really enjoyed it( and to say that about a wax it means a lot!) You enter the place and you really feel you are taking time for yourself, the staff is super welcoming and if you have to wait or you came a bit earlier they will always offer you a cup of coffee or tea.it is just relaxing. They have this nice room for the wax where the play super relaxing music, the girl I met, Nasima, has been just fantastic! I was so close to fall asleep, I mean is still waxing, so a bit painful as always but this time has been completely different. Definitely my best place so far!!
